Proposed Community Plan Amendment - Murphy

On November 6, 2025, the Planning Commission voted unanimously to initiate an amendment of the Scripps Miramar Ranch Community Plan to change the land use designation of lot 3 of the Scripps Ranch Technology Park from Industrial Park to Residential Medium-2 and to remove the Prime Industrial Land designation of the General Plan. Further to rezone the property from IP-2-1 to multi-family residential. Note: Owner requesting Community Plan Amendment and Zone Change Only.  This project has been initiated by the Planning Commission - There have been No Approvals.
